CAN I IMPORT A VINTAGE CAR WITH LEFT-HAND DRIVE (LHD)? Yes — India allows the import of vintage/ classic cars (50+ years old) regardless of steering side. Left-hand drive cars older than 50 years can be imported and used on public roads after completing customs clearance and registration.
